What is COOKING IN HEELS all about?

COOKING IN HEELS is a comic and practical cookbook blog for the modern Glamazon learning her way around the kitchen.

FIRST DATE FOOD NO-NOs

Almost all the recipes on my site are pretty spectacular, if I may say so myself…

But there are foods you should avoid ESPECIALLY when going on a first date.

Sushi: Look, I went on a first date once to an amazing sushi place, but there is really nothing sexy about shoving a large piece of Spicy Tuna into your mouth.

Garlic and Onions: My two favorite things. Good thing I am married.

Beans: Good for your heart. The more you eat, the more you…

Dairy: Cheese gives you bad breath. And it’s not just the “Stinky” cheeses.

But please, don’t worry – the truth is, it shouldn't matter whether your breath smells like a garbage dump or a dozen rotten eggs, he should like YOU for YOU... right?

  2. re: my answer for your question about bad breath treatment is for people with temporary bad breath. If you think you have permanent chronic bad breath visit the site of OralTech Labs use their advice as they specialise in home cure for bad breath sufferers and I always get good feedback about that Lab. The standard method is to change your tooth brush to a soft bristle one as hard bristle damage your gums and teeth. Buy a tongue scraper and a big roll of plain dental floss. Now before you go to bed mix two teaspoons of table salt into a glass of water mix well. First rinse your mouth and then floss your teeth. Then with the salt water brush your teeth, gums, tongue, cheeks and roof of mouth gently do not make your mouth bleed. Now scrape your tongue with the scraper then rinse and gargle salt water till finished do not drink it. Now drink a full glass of fresh water and go to bed. Repeat after breakfast in the morning. .
